I am very happy to have the opportunity to join the Levine Orthodontic team! My husband and I were both raised in Jacksonville so we were excited to return home to our friends and family.  I chose this profession so that I could not only bring healthy, beautiful smiles to my patients, but also because I enjoy the relationships that I have with my patients and their families. I look forward to serving the Jacksonville and North Florida community.

I attended the University of Pennsylvania for my undergraduate degree receiving my BA in 2005. I returned to Florida for dental school at the University of Florida. Not only did I love being back in Florida, I became an avid Gator fan, having the good luck of attending UF during three national championships! (Please don’t hold this against me if you are not a gator fan:) I received my DMD in 2009 and moved to Louisville, KY where I completed my Orthodontic Residency MSD in 2011.

Dr. Levine and I are both committed to lifelong learning for the benefit of our patients.  I will always stay current in the latest developments in Orthodontics.

I married my high school sweetheart, Matt Crews, in 2009 and we have a son, Parker, who is a constant ball of energy providing endless entertainment and amusement. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, playing volleyball and tennis, and taking advantage of the Florida weather at the pool and beach! I look forward to meeting all of our current patients and having the opportunity to welcome new patients into the Levine Orthodontic Family!
